Annette M. Kicinski is the driving force behind Accounting Partners Pro. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and has built a distinguished career working with various firms throughout the Western New York region. Starting as a payroll specialist, Annette advanced through hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence, ultimately achieving the role of Financial Director at her last  firm. For the last six years, Annette has been providing accounting and CFO services to small businesses that have recognized the value in outsourcing this critical business function.

In addition to her accounting career, Annette founded and successfully operated a real estate and property management company overseeing 80+ rental units. This opportunity afforded her valuable practice with tax-advantaged 1031 exchanges, self-directed IRAs, scaling up to multi-family units, and delivering data-driven analytics on cash flow,  profitability, and project planning. What began in Buffalo, NY, has since expanded to Hilton Head, SC, where she owns and oversees management of condominium properties, as well as multi-family apartment buildings across the country — a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and relentless pursuit of success.
